CASTO Announces Kohl's, Gold's Gym, Dick's Sporting Goods, Circuit City and Small Shop Expansion at Tanglewood Plaza in Hilliard, Ohio

Columbus, Ohio — CASTO, one of the country's leading real estate organizations, announces the addition of four national retailers, (Kohl's, Gold's Gym, Dick's Sporting Goods and Circuit City) and 19,887 square feet of small shop space at its Tanglewood Plaza development located on Hilliard-Rome Road in Hilliard, Ohio. Dick's Sporting Goods, opened its new 45,000 s.f. store on October 14, 2007. The full-line sporting goods retailer currently operates 315 stores in 34 states. The 89,911 s.f. Kohl's store opened on October 3, 2007, one of 80 stores the company opened on that date. Gold's Gym opened its new 50,348 s.f. co-ed gym on April 21, 2007. Circuit City, the nation's #2 electronics retailer, is currently under construction and is projecting a January, 2008 opening. Joining the impressive lineup of Tanglewood tenants are Honeybaked Ham and Sleep Outfitters, both of which will be located in the new expansion space located at the north end of the property. "Tanglewood Plaza is located in one of the hottest retail corridors in Columbus. With the addition of Kohl's, Dick's, Gold's Gym and Circuit City, the expansion provides a great opportunity for small shop retailers to join the center. There is a high level of interest from other local and regional merchants in the 12,000 square feet of retail space that remains to be leased," said Don M. Casto, III, partner at CASTO. The corridor also includes Wal-Mart Supercenter, Meijer, Giant Eagle and Bed Bath & Beyond and a new Target store.
