- Dayton, OH — The Villages of North Clayton, a massive development underway in Clayton, has inked a deal for a leasing company. North Clayton Development LLC, the developer of the 105-acre project, has enlisted Columbus-based Casto Commercial Real Estate to lease the commercial space. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The Villages of North Clayton -- north of Interstate 70 on National Road and state Route 40 -- consists of retail, residential units, civic and office space. The commercial portion will occupy about 600,000 square feet. Current tenants in the project include Destiny, an Aveda salon; Esther Price Candies, a specialty candy retailer based in Dayton, and Grounds for Pleasure, an upscale coffee shop. "We ... look forward to recruiting exciting retailers and restaurants to their dynamic village development," said Don Casto III, a partner at Casto. In addition to leasing, Casto owns many shopping centers around the country and is the co-owner of Town and Country Shopping Center in Kettering.
