- Glenwood Crossing Added to Growing Portfolio
- Columbus, Ohio — Casto, one of the country's leading real estate organizations, announced the recent purchase of Glenwood Crossing in Cincinnati, Ohio. Glenwood Crossing is a 98,000 square foot retail shopping center located at the intersection of State Route 4 (Springfield Pike) and State Route 126 (Glendale-Milford Road). The currently 90% occupied center was purchased from Duke Realty on July 1, 2004. Key tenants include Kroger, Hollywood Video and McDonald's. According to partner Don M. Casto, III, "Since our 2001 acquisition of over 1.5 million square feet in the Cincinnati market, the greater Cincinnati area has been and will continue to be a focus of our company's growth. We believe Glenwood Crossing offers a strong location and anchor tenant that fit well with our growth strategy. Our ongoing focus will be new development, individual asset and portfolio acquisitions, redevelopments and 1031 exchanges in areas like southwestern Ohio, northern Kentucky, North and South Carolina, and Florida."
