CASTO, one of the country's leading real estate organizations, State Street Capital Realty, recently executed a lease for Arhaus The Loft, the official clearance center for the Cleveland-based retailer known for its handcrafted assortment of furnishings.
Arhaus The Loft will open its first clearance center in the Columbus market at Mill Run in the former K-Mart space, approximately 38,000 square feet. Plans are to open the Columbus clearance center in the spring of 2015.
This will be the second Arhaus The Loft location in Ohio for the home furnishings retailer; the other clearance center is located on Brookpark Road in Cleveland, where Arhaus is headquartered with its corporate office and distribution center.
Arhaus The Loft in Cleveland, and soon Columbus, offers signature Arhaus designs that have either been discontinued or overstocked. Clearance centers also carry floor samples and an assortment of custom upholstery.
