- CCMI Realty Joins Growing List of Real Estate Services
- Columbus, Ohio — Casto, one of the country’s leading real estate organizations, announced the addition of a new division to their growing list of companies. CCMI Realty, a residential real estate sales company operating under Casto Communities Management, Inc., will offer a unique program allowing residents at Casto’s apartment communities the opportunity to move from renting to home ownership. When Casto residents choose CCMI as their licensed real estate broker, they will receive up to 10% of total rent paid (up to 24 months) toward their purchase, whether an existing or new home or condominium from any builder. According to James J. Cunningham, real estate broker for the new company, “Understanding that home ownership is the ultimate goal of many of our apartment residents, CCMI Realty’s American Dream program is a win-win proposition. It’s our way of saying “thank you” to our residents for choosing a Casto community. It is this type of forward-thinking program that distinguishes Casto from its competitors in the multi-family residential arena.” In addition to serving as broker of the new sales division, Cunningham will continue to oversee the management and performance of Casto’s residential portfolio as Executive Vice President of Residential Property Management. Casto, a fully integrated real estate organization since 1926, is a recognized leader in the ownership, management, acquisition and development of commercial shopping centers and multi-family residences, office buildings and corporate parks. Casto’s growing portfolio currently includes over 19 million square feet of commercial property and nearly 7,000 residential units located primarily throughout the midwestern United States and southwestern Florida.
