CASTO Begins Phase II of Circleville Plaza Development; Leasing 50,000 Square Foot Space at New Market in Dublin

Columbus, Ohio — CASTO, one of the country’s leading real estate organizations, is beginning Phase II of its Circleville Plaza development in Circleville, Ohio. The developer is also leasing a 50,000 square foot space at New Market in Dublin, Ohio due to the closing of Media Play. “Both Circleville Plaza and New Market are located in growing areas with above average household income demographics," said Steven Friedman, CASTO leasing representative. “The location of these centers also makes them a great opportunity for retailers of all sizes and specialties.” ABOUT CIRCLEVILLE PLAZA Circleville Plaza, a 300,000 square foot community center located south of Columbus on US-23 in Circleville, Ohio is anchored by a new Wal-Mart Supercenter.
