After Two Years of Renovation, Winter Park Village is 100% Leased
Winter Park, FL – With the addition of three key tenants, Winter Park Village is proud to announce that the center is fully leased, achieving this milestone for the first time since the completion of its major overhaul and renovation in spring 2024.
Most recently on January 24th, Winter Park Village welcomed Arhaus, a leading luxury and home furnishing brand, to a corner location across from Guitar Center and adjacent to the Lee Rd/Webster entrance. The space totals 22,000 square feet, comprising 16,000 square feet of home furnishings and an additional 6,000 square feet showcasing outdoor décor.
Additionally, strategic leases for Rowan and Brighton Collectibles were secured by Colliers International Florida, LLC. These three final leases mark the completion of an extensive rejuvenation of this staple mixed use property, propelling Winter Park Village to full lease capacity.
Rowan will occupy a 1,094-square-foot space located at 480 N. Orlando Avenue, Suite C-126. The concept features specialty piercings by licensed nurses and hypoallergenic jewelry with additional Florida locations in Coconut Grove, Boca Raton, and Gainesville.

Brighton Collectibles has a 50-year heritage of creating exceptional women’s handbags, jewelry, and keepsake accessories. Their new 1,380-square-foot store will be located at 460 N. Orlando Avenue, Suite D-116.
