Tell us about your background with CASTO.

I joined CASTO in 2019, and it’s been an incredible honor to be part of such a dedicated and inspiring team. This experience has been more than just a job—it’s been a truly meaningful chapter in my professional journey, one I’m deeply grateful for.” My background with CASTO has allowed me to grow in ways I never anticipated.

What do you like best about CASTO? What makes CASTO different? 

What I love most about CASTO is how connected everything feels. There’s a real sense of teamwork and support that makes it easy to jump in and do great work. CASTO isn’t just about building properties, it’s about building lasting relationships and making a real impact in the communities we serve. The leadership is forward-thinking, and there’s always someone willing to help or collaborate. One of the things that really sets CASTO apart is how much it invests in your growth. Whether it’s learning something new, taking on a challenge, or getting mentorship, there are so many chances to level up and keep moving forward in your career.

What service or project have you liked working on the most while at CASTO? 

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role at CASTO has been the opportunity to design and decorate several office spaces and model units across our communities. I approach each project as a chance to transform a blank canvas into a space that feels warm, inviting, and purposefully creates an environment that prospective residents can envision as home. It’s especially fulfilling when those touring the property comment on how comfortable and welcoming it feels and choose to make it their own. Thoughtful design truly plays a powerful role in driving engagement and leasing success.

Share a little bit about your expertise in the industry.  

I bring a strong foundation in property management with a proven ability to lease up communities and turn them around. I thrive in revitalizing properties, boosting occupancy, and creating vibrant, engaged resident experiences. My background in interior styling adds value by helping create environments that feel welcoming and aligned with each community’s identity.

I’m a naturally positive and collaborative person, with a strong talent for building thriving communities and meaningful connections. As a property manager, I bring energy, creativity, and a results-driven mindset to every project I take on. CASTO has given me the opportunity to grow professionally while working alongside other talented individuals who share a passion for excellence. I’m truly grateful to contribute to a company that values connection, innovation, and lasting impact.

What changes or trends do you see happening in your area of expertise? 

I think it will be interesting to see how AI integrates with the real estate industry at large. As these tools continue to evolve, I see them becoming an essential part of day-to-day operations, allowing property managers to focus more on building relationships and creating value for both tenants and owners.
