Celebrating Nikki Fisher: 2025 Women of Influence Honoree

CASTO is proud to share that Nikki Fisher, Partner and Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management, has been recognized as one of the 33 honorees in Columbus Business First’s 2025 Women of Influence Awards. This prestigious recognition is a testament to Nikki’s impactful leadership, remarkable achievements in commercial real estate, and deep dedication to both CASTO and the Central Ohio community.

The Women of Influence Awards celebrate female leaders across a wide range of industries who are driving meaningful change, inspiring others, and delivering exceptional results. Nikki’s inclusion in this distinguished group reflects the impact of her contributions and the far-reaching influence of her work both at CASTO and in the community.

For more than 12 years, Nikki has led CASTO’s Columbus Realty Investments (CRI) portfolio. Under Nikki’s leadership, CRI surpassed $1 billion in gross real estate value in 2021. She has since played a central role in raising and deploying $102 million in equity to further enhance the portfolio’s performance and value.

Her strategic oversight has also guided CRI’s expansion into the Southeast, with notable acquisitions in the Carolinas, and has contributed to transformative projects like the Thurber Village redevelopment in Columbus. Nikki’s ability to lead with vision, creativity, and decisiveness has been instrumental in CASTO’s continued growth.

Beyond her impressive professional accomplishments, Nikki is equally committed to mentoring others and giving back. She serves as a mentor to CASTO associates and peers across the real estate industry, was selected as a Columbus Business First “Mentoring Monday” mentor in 2024 and is an active participant of CASTO’s Community Impact Committee. She also works with friends and like-minded moms in their self-formed group called “Moms on a Mission”, organizing grassroots service projects for organizations like My Very Own Blanket, Love for Our Elders, and Soldiers’ Angels. Additionally, she mentors underserved youth in Worthington, providing essentials and scholarships through a local high school activity club.

Nikki’s recognition as a 2025 Woman of Influence reflects her leadership, compassion, and dedication to excellence. She continues to be a role model and a force for progress—within CASTO, the real estate industry, and the broader community.
