Lindsey VanMeter Pavlik Named 2025 Columbus Business First HR Impact Award Honoree

Since joining CASTO in 2005, Lindsey has been a driving force in aligning people, performance, and process with the organization’s business objectives. As Chairperson of CASTO’s Operating Committee, she oversees daily operations, manages profit and loss, and plays a central role in preserving and evolving the company’s nearly 100-year-old culture.

Her leadership has shaped initiatives that continue to deliver lasting value for CASTO associates, including the development of the company’s mission, vision, and values, as well as the creation of CASTO’s award-winning wellness program. Under her guidance, CASTO has been recognized as a Best Employer in Ohio multiple times and earned national recognition as one of the Healthiest Workplaces in America.

Lindsey is also deeply engaged in community service, supporting organizations such as Freedom a la Cart, Children’s Hunger Alliance, Pelotonia, and Cristo Rey High School.
