Team CASTO Recognized for Commitment to Employee Health and Wellness

At CASTO, our people have always been at the center of everything we do and our most important asset. We are proud to share that the organization recently received two distinguished honors for our dedication to employee health and well-being.

CASTO has been awarded the Cancer Screening Excellence Award from the Ohio Department of Health, recognizing our efforts to promote early detection and preventive care among our employees. This award highlights organizations that go above and beyond to encourage life-saving screenings and create a culture where health is prioritized.

In addition, Team CASTO has earned the 2025 Healthy Worksite Gold Designation from the Healthy Business Council of Ohio (HBCO). CASTO was one of just 22 employers recognized in the medium-sized business category (301–1,000 employees), emphasizing our strong commitment to fostering a workplace environment that supports overall well-being.
