BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for timely and accurate processing of all assigned entities’ accounts payable functions through established policies and procedures.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sort invoices for scanning.
• Upload invoices into Nexus software.
• Index invoices for proper routing.
• Upload files with matching backup into Nexus software.
• Voucher invoices for payment.
• Match checks to the invoice(s).
• Separate and mail checks to vendors.
• Reimburse paymasters as needed.
• Process immediate checks on as need basis.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required

• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume work environment
• Attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• 3-5 years of experience preferred
• Experience with Excel
