CASTO and Redstone Investments to Break Ground on SeaFlower Village Center in Bradenton, Florida
Bradenton, FL – CASTO and Redstone Investments announced today that the groundbreaking for SeaFlower Village Center will take place the week of September 15, 2025. This milestone marks the third project partnership between CASTO and Redstone Investments and the seventh groundbreaking for CASTO in the Bradenton-Sarasota market this year, emphasizing both companies’ continued investment in the region’s growth.
SeaFlower Village Center is a premier mixed-use destination at the heart of Bradenton’s newest residential community, SeaFlower. Located south of the Cortez Road West and 75th Street West intersection, the SeaFlower Village Center will introduce an exceptional blend of retail, dining, office, residential, and hospitality offerings to one of the region’s fastest-growing corridors.
Anchored by Publix, SeaFlower Village Center’s first phase will feature approximately 140,000 square feet of retail, dining, and office space, alongside 362 apartments and 120 hotel rooms, across a ±47-acre site with a total gross leasable area of about 161,500 square feet.

Several of these retailers including Potbelly Sandwich Works, Pecan Jacks, and Playa Bowls will make their Manatee County debut at SeaFlower Village Center, highlighting the center as an opportunity to both established and emerging brands.

SeaFlower Village Center is located near Anna Maria Island beaches, IMG Academy, and within proximity to up to 4,000 new homes that have been approved for the SeaFlower community. Construction plans also call for seven retail outparcels and a 120-key hotel.
