CASTO Announces New Shops and Restaurants Coming to Hamilton Quarter

Columbus, OH — CASTO, one of the country’s leading real estate companies, is excited to announce a new wave of shops and restaurants at Hamilton Quarter. DiBella’s Subs, Torchy’s Tacos, KEMBA Financial Credit Union, and Bath & Body Works will join the mixed-use development located at the State Route 161/Hamilton Road interchange and relocated Hamilton Road. 

DiBella’s Subs is joining the growing restaurant lineup at Hamilton Quarter. This popular sandwich shop is well-known for their fresh-baked bread, classic subs, and high-quality ingredients. The Hamilton Quarter location will be the third DiBella’s in the Columbus area.  

“DiBella’s has been a part of the Columbus community for more than a decade and we’ve long wanted to bring DiBella’s to more people in the area,” said Peter Fox, President of DiBella’s Subs. “Hamilton Quarter is a perfect location for us and we are proud to be a part of this development. We can’t wait to introduce more people in Columbus to the best subs they’ll ever have!” 

In addition to DiBella’s, Torchy’s Tacos is expected to open at Hamilton Quarter later this year. The Texas-based taco joint specializes in signature tacos and refreshing margaritas. One of Torchy’s unique offers is their Taco of the Month, where every month a new taco is added to the menu.  

Bath & Body Works will join the strong group of national retailers in Hamilton Quarter, including Target, Hobby Lobby, and Five Below. Founded in New Albany in 1990, the popular chain is now a world leader in personal care and home fragrance. Bath & Body Works is planning to open in the first quarter of this year. 

KEMBA Financial Credit Union, a locally owned and operated financial institution, will also open a location at the center this year. KEMBA serves Kroger associates and employees of more than 175 local companies.
