Hamilton Quarter Tenants Anticipate Opening First Quarter
Columbus, OH — With Target, Hobby Lobby and Five Below open and operating, several new tenants within Hamilton Quarter’s first retail phase are preparing to open this quarter.
Retailers with anticipated opening dates in February include Aqua Tots, Nail Boutique, Great Clips, Clean Juice, Shred415, Sprint and City Barbeque. GLAMhouse and Beerhead Bar & Eatery are expected to open later this quarter as well.
“We have strategically sought out tenants that will be great additions to the project while bringing retail amenities, services and experiences to the community,” said Eric Leibowitz, CASTO’s vice president of development and leasing. “The Hamilton Quarter project has been a great team effort among our partners and leasing team, so it is very exciting to see users opening and seeing their success right out of the starting gate.”
The Shops at Hamilton Quarter, located at the intersection of Hamilton Road and Dublin-Granville Road, is a 40-acre, 250,000-square-foot development retail project owned, leased and managed by CASTO. The retail project is anchored by a 125,000-square-foot Target Next Generation store and a 55,000-square-foot Hobby Lobby. Included in the Hamilton Quarter project, The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center will be opening the first phase of its medical office and ambulatory care facility in the summer of 2021.
Plans for Hamilton Quarter’s second phase, located at the southeast corner of the Dublin-Granville Road and Hamilton Road, are underway and will include additional retail and outparcel opportunities.
