Publix to Occupy Former Lucky’s Market Space at Clermont Town Center

Clermont, FL — Publix has entered into a lease agreement to occupy the 30,288 square foot, former Lucky’s Market, space at CASTO owned and operated Clermont Town Center located at the intersection of State Route 50 and Citrus Tower Boulevard in Clermont, Fl.

Clermont Town Center will be the Publix’s fourth location in Clermont. Publix will join the existing line up of tenants at the shopping center including HomeGoods, GreatClips and newly added Piesano’s Stone Fired Pizza and Woof Gang Bakery.

“We were disappointed to see Lucky’s Market close,” said Kevin Kallstrom, senior leasing specialist at CASTO. “However, having the top grocer in Florida here we believe will further enhance an already great mix of retailers at Clermont Town Center and are excited for them to start renovating the premise later this year.”

Publix will start renovating its new store later in 2020 with plans to open to the store during the second quarter of 2022.
