CASTO Announces New Tenants at Park West Village

Morrisville, NC – CASTO, one of the country’s leading real estate companies, is excited to announce a new wave of tenants at Park West Village. CAVA and Elite Core Studio have joined the 100-acre mixed-use development center situated at the southwest corner of Cary Parkway and NC-54/Chapel Hill Road.

CAVA is expected to open at Park West Village later this year. This fast-casual restaurant specializes in fresh, flavorful Mediterranean fare and has quickly become known for its fast, friendly service, delicious food, and customizable options. The restaurant, created by three friends who were passionate about preserving their family’s authentic recipes, has continued to stay true to its roots by giving back to a long list of national philanthropic organizations. CAVA joins Park West Village’s 20+ other dining establishments.

Also new to the center is Elite Core Studio, which celebrated its grand opening on January 2. Elite Core is a fitness studio that uses the award-winning Lagree Method –– a patented full-body, high-intensity, low-impact, 45-minute Megaformer workout for all levels that is both effective and efficient.
