New wellness and restaurant options joining the tenant lineup at Park West Village

Columbus, OH — March 23, 2022 — CASTO, one of the country’s leading real estate companies, is experiencing a surge in new tenants joining Morrisville’s Park West Village. Sally Beauty and Claire’s joined the 100-acre mixed-use development center in late 2021, with several additional wellness and food & beverage tenants slated to open in Summer of 2022.

Situated at the southwest corner of Cary Parkway and NC-54/Chapel Hill Road, Park West Village offers 20+ dining establishments and is pleased to welcome Piada Italian Street Food; Leo’s Italian Social; Feng Cha; and Red, Hot & Blue to the lineup. Piada, a fast-casual Italian restaurant, features custom-rolled Italian-style street wraps, as well as salads, pastas, and street sides such as Calamari & Hot Peppers. Additionally, Leo’s joins the restaurant scene at Park West Village as a neighborhood gathering space, where guests can sit back and enjoy a beautifully crafted cocktail, glass of wine or signature infused spirit and classic Italian cuisine. Feng Cha teahouse is joining the restaurant line-up with a mission to create and propagate the next generation of tea in a comforting stress-relieving atmosphere and Red, Hot & Blue’s authentic southern style BBQ will be serving up signature hickory smoked BBQ favorites, and regional specialties with a side of Southern hospitality in their new fast-casual format.
