Parking Lot Expansion and Upgrade for Market at Roger’s Corner

We are excited to share our plans to expand and upgrade the parking lot at Market at Roger’s Corner, located at the corner of U.S. 62/Johnstown Road and Morse Road in Gahanna. The project will include an expansion of the parking lot, new landscaping, and updated site lighting, with anticipated completion this fall.

The plan will result in a greater than 50% increase in parking capacity at the center. Construction is scheduled to begin late August and we have thoughtfully created a phased construction plan to minimize disruptions as much as possible while the improvements are in progress. During the construction period, Market at Roger’s Corner will remain open, and all businesses will remain accessible to customers and employees.

We are working with Roger’s Corner shops and restaurants to minimize any disruptions for shoppers, visitors, and center employees during the construction while we make this investment in the center.
